Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of WeServer ("we", "us"), operated by [legal entity, address].

1. Account. You must give a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for everything done with your account.
2. Acceptable use. You agree to our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend services that break it, without notice where needed to protect others.
3. Billing. Services are prepaid per billing period. Unpaid services are suspended on the due date and deleted with their data after the grace period (currently 7 days). Payment terms are described in the refund policy.
4. Your data. You own your content. You are responsible for backups unless your plan includes them. We delete service data when a service ends (see the privacy policy).
5. Availability. We aim for high availability but give no uptime guarantee unless agreed in writing. Planned maintenance is announced where possible.
6. Support. Support covers the platform, servers, networking, SSL, deployments and restores, not bugs in your own code or app configuration.
7. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
8. Termination. You can cancel at any time (effective at the end of the paid period). We may terminate accounts that break these terms.
9. Changes. We may update these terms and will notify you by email for material changes.
10. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction].
