Yes, we constantly make updates to our terms of service, however doing so we will notify existing customers and users on our site that our terms of service has been changed. You are expected to read every detail of our terms of service and to fully comply with new revisions, updates or any current service agreements.

By using our website(s) or service(s), you hereby consent to our terms of services and all our policies and agree to its terms.

Thank you for using our services at weserver.host ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). Our terms of service ("terms of service", "terms of use", "policy", "policies", "service agreements"). Includes all our policies from our privacy policy. This is a legal agreement that by using our services are agreeing to all our policies and terms of use, and that you agree are above the age of 13 or at least meet the digital age of consent in your legal region.

RIGHTS TO USE THE SERVICE

weserver.host is a subscription based server hosting platform. The service allows for the client/customer/user using legal credit to rent a portion/subdivision/part of a machine or virtual machine otherwise known as ("server", "node", "cloud"). In terms of lack of payment, if you fail to provide credit before a set billing date, we may suspend your server, after 3 days of suspension we reserve the right to terminate your data and files to save on our resources. If you chargeback, refund or return our service(s)/products, we are entitled to immediately terminate your account(s) and service(s). You have the right to use the service to host various game servers, websites, and or other applications. However we reserve the right to terminate such services if we find you are in violation of our service agreements, policies.

ELIGIBILITY OF RIGHTS TO USE THE SERVICE

You are not to use our site or services or gain the rights to use our service, if any of these are true: You do not have a valid email address, You are under the age of 13, You are under the age of 16 without parental permission, You have been blacklisted/terminated/banned on this or any other account.

RULES OF CONDUCT AND USAGE

‍We may restrict your access to our service(s) if we find you are: using our service with malicious intent, upload or transmit infected/harmful files to our servers, using our service to perform any illegal activities, using our service to harbor any illegal activities, using our service to obtain personal information of users that connect to our servers did not consent to (such as the collection and storage of: "Internet Protocols", Identifiable information, geographic locations, and any other form of information collected through our platform), using our service with constant high hardware usage (this includes, constant high CPU usage and constant high RAM usage), using our service to crypto mine, using our service to form a bot net, using our service to perform DDoS or DoS attacks, performing any action that interferes with our service or affects our servers and other users on our servers.

If you are found in violation of our rules of conduct and usage we reserve the right to terminate your service without refund.

LIABILITY OF OUR SERVICES

We are not responsible for any data loss, loss of files, or any loss of information within our service, even if it is out of our control. We are also not held responsible for you loosing your own data. Whilst we do periodic backups, we reserve the right to not distribute any data or backups back to you. We are not to be held liable for any system downtime, crashes or data loss.

PROMOTION OF THIRD PARTY SERVICES

While we heavily request that you do not promote, advertise and distribute third party services and that you can be terminated for doing so. We offer some exceptions to this policy, If you are recognized as one of our "partnered" third party entities and you are promoting said third party service(s) you may do so without repercussion. If you have written agreements from a member of weserver.host's senior staff team containing permission to promote, advertise and distribute third party services then you may also do so without repercussion and punishment.

TERMINATION OF YOUR SERVICE WE PROVIDE

We reserve the right to terminate your accounts, access to our servers, or service, even if you have not violated our policies. However you may request to terminate all your accounts, information we have collected on you, and services.

REFUNDS

Refer to our Refund Policy for more details. All products are applicable for a 100% refund up to 48 hours after purchase with proof of purchase. Anything after 48 hours is not refundable unless we say otherwise.

GENERAL

Governing Law. By visiting or using the Service, you agree that the laws of The United States and the State of Washington, without regard to principles of conflict of laws and regardless of your location, will govern these Terms and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and the Company.
